Payment Information

We supply / release goods on confirmation of receipt of payment as cleared funds in our bank account. 

We accept the following payment methods in store.

Cash Payments Limit

We will not accept cash over K10,000 in the store to make a purchase. Cash payments above this threshold need to be deposited directly into our bank account and provide us with a deposit receipt.

Card Fees

Kundu Cards and the equivalent local bank debit card can be used without additional fees. ​

Local bank Visa Debit Cards can be used without additional fees. Any other credit cards, both local or foreign, will include a 3% additional transaction fee. This is the additional fee the eftpos owner is charging to facilitate your transaction. ​

A customer’s goods will not be supplied / released if we are unable to confirm receipt of payment as cleared funds in our bank account on use of a card payment.

Government Cheque Clearance (Non-Private Sector Cheques)

All cheques must be cleared with funds available in our bank account before items can be invoiced and cleared for delivery / release.

Notation and Receipt for Direct Deposit, Credit Transfers, E-Banking Transfers

Please use your quote / proforma invoice number in the reference / notation section of your deposit slip or transfer. ​ Once the transaction has been done, please send us a copy of your deposit slip or transfer receipt.​ Items will only be released / delivered once payment has been reconciled as cleared and available funds in our bank account.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Refunds

We do not refund purchases in store.

Please be 100% sure you are satisfied with the product you have purchased before completing the transaction.

We will approve credit notes and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

If the company does approve a credit note, the credit must be used within 1 month.

Exchanges

We do not exchange goods after invoice and delivery / installation.

Returns

We do not accept returns after goods have been invoiced.

Warranty Information

Peace of mind with a Manufacturer’s Warranty

Some products come with a manufactures warranty. Most home appliances come with a manufactures warranty. The terms and conditions of the warranty will differ by product type and by brand. Find details in-store.

A manufacturer’s warranty will cover faults from production. It will not cover damage from handling or from use.
